&lt;P&gt;I can appreciate your disappointment with this one, especially if your phone took quite a while to order in the first place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We always aim to give the most accurate delivery estimate we can at the point of sale, but occasionally it can take longer than anticipated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis though, so whilst the current estimate will be in line with what you've advised, older outstanding orders will always be sorted first.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has taken nearly 10 days just to order a phone now I have been lied to stating when I ordered phone 7 day wait has been 7 days no update so rang ee told me now 2 to 3 weeks I think ee customer service has been terrible 13 years I have been with ee and now I can't even upgrade a phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;without drama&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
