Ordered a new phone "dpd says recieved the details yesterday morning "

Hi guys I'm new here, I've ordered a phone yesterday morning I got a text to say it had dispatched to dpd I've been tracking it it says "we have received your order details but expecting your parcel shortly" it has stayed like that now for over 24 hours ? Usually it takes a few hours for them to update they have the parcel but in this case they haven't should I be worried my device is lost or stolen?

Have you received any other updates from DPD?

I expect your device will be delivered Monday if it has been received over the weekend.

Once your order is with DPD and DPD update this further tracking will be available.

If you receive no update by Monday, please pop back and let me know.

Hi @Ahempkin

It will stay on that message until your order is with DPD, then when ready for delivery it will change. There was a DPD strike last week which might impact deliveries.
