      <title>Refund hasn’t came</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last Friday I ordered a plan £13.5 for 75GB but soon I realized that this data package was for a new SIM card rather than my original card, so I telephoned to cancel my order and apply for refund, but I haven’t received any message that my order is canceled and the refund hasn’t came to my account yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, today I received 3 telephone calls from 01942901395. The guy said that he is a worker of EE and asked me something about this incomplete order and tried to convince me to sign a contract. I thought this is a scam so I refused and hang up the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anybody tell me if my order is canceled successfully in this situation? Is this phone number really an EE official number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
