Phone order on an EE Chat

So Thursday 25th of September, i ordered an Iphone 17 Pro Max 1TB Silver on an EE chat on the EE website with a sim. All in a monthly payment plan and i still haven’t had the phone delivered? I use the order number on the tracking order section of EE and it says the confirmation date for delivery is still awaiting conformation, even though it says the phone would be dispatched in 24 hours. which i know thursday can be a 1-2 days to be dispatched but its now tuesday and don’t quite know if ive been scammed. I also had to verify bank details im pretty sure on a EE Relay Plus link for my bank details which was secured by something called ‘Sycurio’. i’m just a bit confused and how i still haven’t had any updates on my phone as it hasn’t been delivered. Any replies on why would be great. Thanks, Cavan

They’re on back order, ordered one in store on the 29th and they said it can be up to 28 days until you get it

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry if you were told that the phone would be dispatched within 24 hours.

There is currently a wait for all versions of the iPhone 17 Pro Max, due to the popularity and the phone just coming out.

The 1TB version in silver is currently showing as being expected to be dispatched within 28 days as @JT0498 has mentioned above.

Once there is stock available for your order, the online tracking would be updated and you'll be notified by DPD about delivery.

If you didn't want to wait as long, the Deep Blue 1TB version has an expected dispatch time of 7 days. If you wanted to change, you just need to call our customer service guides, and they can cancel the current order and place a new one for the Deep Blue phone.
