My first time ordering from ee so does anyone know What does awaiting confirmation on delivery date mean and what does available to order mean on phone

Great to hear you're placing an order with us.

Available to Order means we either have the item in stock or we know we're due to get the stock soo, so you can place an order for it.

Once you've placed your order and it has been confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation on Delivery Date means we haven't packed and shipped your item yet but when we do we'll update it with latest information and your tracking details.
