Apple Watch Series 11 Titanium Gold 42mm

Hello

I previously had the titanium 11 46mm on order but I changed it first thing this morning after seeing the 46 mm at the Apple Store yesterday. I've previously had the 45 mm Series 8, which was just about OK, and then the Ultra 2, which felt too big (hence changing contract). Strangely, the 46 mm felt even bigger again.

I've now got the 42 mm Titanium Gold on order, but very frustratingly it’s showing as a 28+ day delivery. I’m not sure why the wait is so long, as Apple Store UK are showing stock for delivery on 1 October.

Is it likely that EE delivery times will shorten?

@ThursdayNext_10 , we have no idea, but yes if stocks are available and depending on how many have ordered before you, as it is delivered on a first come first serve basis.

Thanks for replying Schockwave - whilst I appreciate demand - everyone else is showing the watch is in stock so I am paying for something that is still showing as 28+ days for delivery with no update. No one else seems to have a problem with demand - Apple, John Lewis, Curry's, Amazon etc all have stock.

And there should be a way of finding out what is going on with an order - we are not stuck in the 1980s! I've been with EE/Orange for over 20 years and this is beyond frustrating.

Can someone from EE give a proper update please.

Looking at the order history for Apple Watch S11 42mm Gold/Titanium placed on 28th September 2025, (on any date after the 11th Sept up until today), the guidance has not changed- we are still expecting the delivery dispatch to be more than 28 days from the date the order was placed.

Your order will currently be at an 'Open Sales' which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
The next tracking update we'll send will be once we have your device in stock and ready to ship.

If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.

I can appreciate this won't be the news you were hoping for, but I can assure you that we're working closely with the suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders as soon as we can.

Many thanks - I've been looking at the order history and current stock for new orders day (and from when I originally ordered the larger version on 20/09) and it has not chanced at all from 28+ days - this is what is baffling me, especially seeing it being stock everywhere else.

I do have the DPD app - but it feels like it is a long way from getting a dispatch notification.

The Series 11 Titanium in Gold (42mm and 46mm) is still showing as 28+ days to deliver yet it is in stock everywhere.

Has anyone actually received their pre-order yet? All the EE Apple Watches are showing in stock or short delivery times. Having had an Apple Watch through Apple or through EE since they launched in 2015 - this doesn't feel normal and I'm wondering if there is an issue which is why it has not updated.

It is bizarre and I honestly think there is something wrong with the Titanium gold order. Strangely it's been showing as in stock on the business EE site for a while!

I only ordered with EE so that I could use my watch without needing to always take my phone with me. It's incredibly frustrating - hopefully we will get a proper update soon. 🤞

That’s the same reason I ordered. Had I have known there would be delays this long, I wouldn’t have bothered.

I only ordered because it said delivery in 7 days, yet here we are, many days later with not even a promised date in sight. Could be next week. Could be Christmas lol, and EE think it’s acceptable to leave their customers in limbo like this lol.

I do hope we all hear from DPD soon. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed!

Yes, I ordered the 46mm gold titanium on 30th of September, when it said delivery within 7 days.

It did not arrive within those 7 days, so I continued to wait, not getting any updates from EE.

The day I was about to cancel and order from somewhere else, I received a text from DPD, and it was delivered the next day, which was the 18th October.

i just called in and was told that there was an error with my order so i have had to put it through again - what a palava… apparently it will be delivered tomorrow. If anyone else is still waiting I suggest they call 150 for an update to get things moving

I certainly won’t be using EE anymore after my contracts run out I’m afraid!

I still have not received anything either - I am so utterly frustrated! I paid an early release fee to get out of my Ultra contract as I was finding it too bulky - so I'm now still paying for a contract for a watch I no longer own (I had to sell it to partially cover the early release fee) and no new watch!

Mine is also the 42mm which seems be the biggest problem the other titaniums are showing within 21 days now 😞

As an update - I called again to be told it's more than 28 days and they have absolutely no idea when it will come in. Been with EE since I was an Orange customer and will never order a device through them again after this debacle. I'm just thankful I ordered my 17PM through Apple.

The 42mm has changed to within 21 days on the EE website today. So I phoned today to be told my order would be around 3 weeks 😞 and then a few minutes later, I received a text update to say that my order was coming between 14 - 28 days.

So frustrated that my order is coming potentially after people that are ordering it today. It was ordered on 28th September 😞

Hi,

By way of an update, my watch still hasn’t arrived. What is more ludicrous is that my 23 September order was CANCELLED and put through again on 27/10 on the basis that ‘there must be something wrong and you should get it within the next few days’ (hence my last post).

I called yesterday for an update and was told that it is being dispatched within 7 days (DeESPITE EE website showing everyone it is in stock and being dispatched within a day). I realised at this point that the Guide made me lose my place in the queue.

I lodged an official complaint and got a call back today. The Guide told me (different information AGAIN) that the current orders being fulfilled are from 4/10. So I cancelled my order and no longer have to deal with this utter nonsense.

good luck to everyone - I am going to wait for the release of the Series 12 as at this rate, my series 11 won’t be arriving until some time in 2029. 🙂
