&lt;P&gt;There are a number of reasons your order may have been cancelled here, but I'd hate to think you're feeling left in the dark about what's happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;give our customer care team a call&lt;/A&gt;, then ask for web sales, they'll be able to take a look over your XK order reference number and advise on all your options moving forwards &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>How is it going with my sim only order?? I cannot do anything on the website..</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a message on the morning: „&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi from EE. Your order XKO********* has been cancelled. If you want to place a new order, please visit ee.co.uk”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and the website is frozen to do anything:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
