Ordered the new iPhone 17 on the 28th when tracking my order it’s not moved off order comfirmed how long has it took for other people, they said it was in stock so I should have received it the next day

Which model of the iPhone 17 have you ordered, in regards to the colour and memory size and I can take a look at what the current guidance. They are all on back order at the moment but the expected times will differ between the different models.

@Chloejane32 Thank you, based on what I am seeing I presume it is the 512GB Memory Sage Green model?

At the time of your order the guidance was to expect dispatch within 28 days of order, it was not in stock so I apologise if you were told it was. That guidance is still the same for the moment, to expect dispatch within 28 days of your order.

The oldest back order we have for that model is actually the 25th Sep at the moment, so you are not far off with your order date. Once we do get more stock in your phone will be dispatched based on the queue of back orders and when it is you will get a notification from DPD with the delivery tracking details.

For the moment the best thing is to just keep an eye out on the order tracking which will update when its preparing to dispatch.

The current timescale for the iPhone 17 Sage Green 256GB is to expect despatch within 14 days.

I would recommend giving us a call to chase your order if this was in stock at the point of sale.
