Hello I upgraded my phone on the 30th September to the lavender iPhone 17 512gb and have had no updates since the tracking number every time I try to track it, it just says tracking has timed out, can I have some updates on my order please

Welcome to the community,

WE have no account access here, but what colour did you order? I have read that there is around 28 days wait for the popular IPhones, certainly in silver and orange, this is down to Apple having to supply them.

You will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD with a PIN number you have to show the driver before you can receive your device. They are sen via text message and the DPD app, so long as the app has the same information as EE have on your account.

I've had a check over this model, and we're currently estimating a wait of up to 28 days for new orders.

At the point you placed your order we were estimating up to 21 days though, so you can expect it within that timeframe.

We always fulfill these as soon as we can on a first come, first served basis, so please keep an eye on your texts and you'll get an update once this has been dispatched to DPD.
