No update on new phone

Ordered the iPhone pro max last week and wasn’t notified on a back order of phones or that particular model/colour wasn’t available so wanting to know how long I’ll be waiting.

Welcome to the community,

If it is the IPhone pro max 17, then there is a wait, as they are very popular and EE have to wait for Apple to replenish them, unfortunately, this happens every year.

What colour and storage size did you order? Maybe one of community staff can take a look to give you an idea, but have read in other threads, that the silver and orange ones will be available within 28 days, but could be sooner.

Great choice of colour there! The Orange iPhone 17 Pro Max looks amazing.

I've had a look at our stock list, and if you ordered your phone last week, there's an estimated wait time of around 28 days for the phone to arrive.

It depends on the date that you placed the order, as well as the model, memory size and colour.

Have you also ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb in Orange?

I've just checked our stock pages, and it's stating the phone will take around 28 days from your order date.

I have had a new update on my tracking saying that my order is on track but no estimate delivery date still. What does this mean?

@Leaheloise Your order being on track is just the holding status to let you know the order is still being worked on and your place in the queue is secure.

Once we do have the stock in it will change to preparing to dispatch and then dispatched. Once it is dispatched you will be contacted by DPD with the tracking link as well.

@Leaheloise The guidance timescale is from when you placed your order, as it currently stands today the oldest back order for that model is 12th September.
