Hi I’ve upgraded my phone to the iPhone 17 pro max cosmic orange and still have no order updates. I ordered on 28/09/25 how long do they usually take to be sent out

Depending on which storage size you went for, the guidance for most of the range on the 28th was within 28 days. It may be a while yet before there is an update to your order but do let me know the storage version you went for and I can check this.

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue, stock guidance while placing the order on the 21st October was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 21 days"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you've received your order confirmation email, the next update you'll receive will be when we have your device and ready to ship, which is usually the day before delivery. I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.
