      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I received a friends and family code from a friend who works at EE and was told I could only use it for an upgrade online. When I try to do this, it lets me select the phone I want, but as soon as I press ‘upgrade’ it takes me to a page saying there are technical issues and that I need to call 150. I really don’t want to wait on hold for an hour &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt; Is there anything else I can do?
