      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Placed my order for a Blue 17 Pro on 18th, joining as a new customer. Still heard nothing…… I know there is a backlog and a lot of orders are probably delayed as mine is, I guess, but to hear nothing…… I’d expect a courtesy message or email to say there is a delay and to expect a wait of xxx days etc?…. Can someone check for sure how long I’m going to realistically be waiting?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
