Did you place your order online? Most variants have a wait time so it's likely there's no updates to give yet but if you are concerned, you can give our customer care team a call and they can check your account.

Which model did you go for?

Did you get a receipt when you ordered that may have a reference number on? (Please don't share your reference on here though as it's a public forum)

I oder iphone 17 pro max 256GB yes they give me refernce number i track but it say waiting waiting from last 5 days

I'm not sure what colour you ordered @Faraz1231, but all of the iPhone Pro Max 256GB options are expected to be delivered in more than 28 days time.

This will likely be why there hasn't been an update yet. I appreciate this differs to what the store have advised, so if you are unhappy to wait, I'd recommend speaking to the store you purchased at or giving our customer care team a call.
