I’ve placed an order and not received a reference number. Dpd have attempted to deliver but as I have no reference number I cannot access my 4digit pin on their website

Could you check your spam folder for any communication please?

If you download the DPD app, you'll be able to find your DPD delivery pin there.

On my Dpd app it is asking for an order number to track and get my pin. I haven’t received an order number from EE just a confirmation email which doesn’t contain the order number

Hi @Megmol80

The DPD app works using your home address and contact number, so a tracking/order number shouldn't be required. If DPD has attempted to deliver, they should have issued a tracking number though.

If you haven't received a text with a PIN or cannot see it within the DPD app, this may indicate that your contact number was not stored correctly on your original order with us.

Please call our team so they can double check your order details and work out the best next steps.
