I am still waiting for my iPhone (the exact same one as yours, except in dark blue), which I ordered on September 17th, during preorder week.

Preorder week was from September 12th to 19th.

You ordered it on September 26th, meaning it's not a preorder; it's just a regular order. As a result, you probably won't receive your phone until late October or later, as people who have pre-ordered will be the priority in getting their phones first.

The current estimated delivery time for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Cosmic Orange, is to 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'.

Orders are dispatched on a first come, first served basis, clearing the oldest orders first. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

These estimates are for brand new orders placed today.

If you ordered earlier than this, then you will be further along in the queue. Please keep an eye on your texts like @Christopher_G mentioned and you should get an update from DPD when it's on its way.

I ordered my cosmic orange 256gb on the 25/09 and the agent said it would be delivered within 28 days as I explained I needed the phone before the 25/10. Is this not the case now? I have family coming over from South Africa that I was planning on giving my old phone to.

I would recommend following the timescale provided to you at the point of sale.

The current timescale for for despatch in more than 28 days is recent orders.

As soon as there is an update on your order you will be notified.

Great choice of colour there!

I've just checked our stock system, and if you ordered your phone on the 30th of September, the dispatch time will be more than 30 days.

You can pop your tracking reference number in our tracking system to keep up to date with your order.
