I seen other threads that CS staff could see the time frame depending on colour & storage size.

If you ordered your phone a few days ago, it would be up to 30 days from when you placed your order.

We always aim to get the phone sent out to you as soon as we can, so fingers crossed it will arrive earlier for you.

For that model, the guidance at the time was more than 28 days. The current guidance has changed to within 28 days.
