My phone delivery

Hi I am just wondering when my phone will be dispatched as I ordered yesterday morning and only had a email to say it’s been processed and that they will let me know when it’s been dispatched but now when I look online it’s out of stock now. When I track with the number they provided it says not dispatched yet.

Welcome to the community,

Which phone, colour and storage size did you order?

If it is out of stock, then it must have been low on stock and others before you ordered, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis, so you will have to wait until you receive notification from DPD when orders have been dispatched you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number that you show the driver to receive your device.

Thank you for your reply, surely they shouldn't accept orders once they run out as i paid an upfront payment and was told it would be dispatched the next day. Not great really.

@Garundale84 , your upfront payment will be pending until your phone has been dispatched, this is done on all orders .

It’s been taken from my account now, gone out of pending. If they emailed and let me know then i wouldn’t mind it’s the not knowing what’s happening.

Hi my phone tracking shows as dispatched but not received any email or text confirming this. Does anyone know if this looks like it’s been dispatched please on the picture attached.

Hi @Garundale84

If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.

Does the picture above mean its been dispatched as thats what i thought it meant but ive heard nothing else since that only one email saying order successful.

No, it's got no date against it & there's a "X" against " Order Dispatched".

The email was saying your order was placed successfully, not that it had been dispatched.

BTW: There's no need to keep posting the same pix. It gives me more work approving them 😉.

Ok, sorry about that. So does that mean it has been cancelled then as ive had no more correspondence and they have taken £30 which has now been taken out of my bank and bot pending.
