If you cannot use EE order tracking then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

You should download the DPD app as well.

I can track it but it says after 28 days when I’ve preordered it and want know why it’s taking so long

@JoeWolstenholme , unfortunately this is a public forum where we do not have access to stock or accounts, but maybe one of the staff, who look in the forums can give you an idea when it when there is enough stock, but that depends on how many have ordered before you, as it is first come first serve as well.

That model changed to estimated dispatch in more than 28 days from the morning of 13th September. It shows that the oldest outstanding order is from pre-order date on the 12th.

We have no way of seeing when stock will arrive but orders will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis.

Once one is available for your order, the tracking will update and DPD will let you know when it will arrive.

Only on the 30th, so far down the queue at the moment👍

it said “within 28days”

but now the website says “more than 28 days” but unsure if this applied to orders already placed

The guidance you see on the website will always be based on if you place the order at that time, so the more than 28 days would be the case for orders placed today.

At the time that your order was placed on the 30th, the estimated time was within 30 days as you say, so that would still be the case now.

All timescales are based on estimated stock arrival and the amount of orders we have. It is possible it could be with you sooner or in some rare cases, stock can be delayed further.

Once it is on the way, you'll get a text or email to let you know, and DPD will keep you posted on the delivery.

The timescale for your order placed on 30th Sep for the 17 Pro Max 256GB in Silver was to expect delivery in more than 28 days from your order date. At the moment the oldest back order is from 12th September.

I have been waiting 23 days but on your website it’s now changed to within 21 days so can I expect it to be here within the next 21 days if that’s the case for new orders?
