@Abimur You call customer support. Or you keep your own records of what you’ve had.

Hi @Abimur

If it is details on orders and the phones that you've had on your account, the best option would be to give our customer service guides a call @Chris_B mentioned.

They can bring up your account and check the history on phones you've used and ordered from us.

If you have ordered any phones from an EE store or a third party, it may not show them this, but anything ordered over the phone or online directly with EE will be visible.
