Apple Watch 11 Titanium 46mm - not receiving any order updates

Hello

I pre-ordered the Apple Watch 11 Titanium 46mm. I was told it would be delivered within 28 days, but earlier this week the EE online store has changed the delivery quote and shows it within 7 days for new orders.

I would have expected to have an update given that people ordering now are being given a much shorter expected delivery time.

When I go to track the watch it just says - expected 'delivery date' awaiting confirmation.

Can anyone help? Am I likely to have gone to the back of the queue?

Thanks for coming to the community.

Your order definitely won't have gone to the back of the queue, only orders that have just been placed would be at the back of the queue.

When was it you placed the order? While it may show 7 days now, it will probably mean that stock is due to come in, giving the shorter timescale.

Which colour did you order? I can look at the stock information for you.

The guidance for that one changed to 7 days for that one on 24th September, so it is likely to be up to 7 days for any orders from then, so you shouldn't be waiting much longer.

Keep an eye on the tracking and the DPD app, if you have it, for more on delivery.

Thank you Michael - that's really helpful to know 🙂 Fingers crossed it will be here soon.

I've bought a new Apple Watch every couple of years or so since it launched, but I didn't get on well with the Ultra 2 and found it far more clumpy than I expected - so it's the first time I have actually sold a watch (I normally pass it down to my children) so am having to use my son's old version 5 at the moment - so I'm desperate to get back to a newer version 😬

Hi I’ve ordered an Apple Watch Series 11 WiFi rose gold. There isn’t any information on tracking, when I phoned EE they said the same as the website “usually dispatched in over 28 days” which is pretty frustrating. I ordered on 23/09/25

With the Apple Watch just coming out last week, and the popularity of any Apple launch, there is a wait for stock on most versions.

Did you order the watch as part of a contract or purchase it outright?

I don't have access to the stock for those orders @twistedsprouts. We can only see the information for the cellular watches that are ordered on a contract.

If the guidance says more than 28 days on the website, it is more then likely going to be that long. If it is available sooner, it will be dispatched for you when we have stock for your order.

Once it is on the way you'll get a notification to let you know it has been dispatched and when it will be with you.

You have to wait, or call the after two three days. The problem is not with Ee, is Apple experience this few years when iPhone 15 pro max came out. And this year l ordered Apple Watch 11 titanium gold 46mm, l called Ee and was told will receive after 7 days, so hopeful on the 30 September 🤞

If you ordered the cellular version on a contract, that model was showing as expected dispatch in more than 28 days when you placed your order.

It is now showing as 7 days for new orders, so we may well be expecting stock sooner.

Keep an eye out for a notification of it being dispatched and if you have the DPD app, you'll be kept up to date on the delivery times and the PIN to give to the driver for delivery.

As an update – I changed my order first thing this morning after seeing the 46 mm at the Apple Store yesterday. I previously had the 45 mm Series 8, which was just about OK, and then the Ultra 2, which felt too big (hence changing contract). Strangely, the 46 mm felt even bigger again.

I’ve now switched my order to the 42 mm Titanium Gold, but very frustratingly it’s showing as a 28+ day delivery. I’m not sure why the wait is so long, as Apple Store UK are showing stock for delivery on 1 October. Is it likely that EE delivery times will shorten?
