      <title>At a loss</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordeeed a new iPhone and as a new customer set up my new account with EE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However that was 10 days ago the order number doesn’t work in tracking&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and I’ve also not been able to contact anyone to speak to 45 min wait for customer service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my pac number I provided will soon run out and the deposit was in pending in my bank account but has now disappeared ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;any ideas of how I find out what’s happening&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
