Ordered Laptop, Came With Incorrect CPU, GPU & RAM.

Order an Acer Nitro V14 with the following spec:

AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS

NVIDIA RTX 4050

16GB RAM

I was sent an Acer Nitro V14 with the following:

AMD Ryzen 5 8645HS

NVIDIA RTX 3050

8GB RAM

This is really poor behaviour from EE. I’ve had nothing but issues with EE the past times I’ve ordered things or had problems. There will be people who don’t immediately notice this too. Very poor show EE. And now I have to wait an hour to speak to someone who will likely be unhelpful in my experience of EE.

this is happening far too often with EE, especially as of late. Legion go s both still have incorrect specs listed. Im currenlt looking at the v15 but the product description states an rtx 3050 whereas the spec page states an rtx 4050 6gb which is a far more capable ccard. Which is it? We dont know, and neither do your customer service team. Very poor show
