    <description>&lt;P&gt;Two new sim cards were ordered for my account but EE have stupidly closed the existing ones before the new ones have been delivered. Could be a couple of days,at least, before I can get the new sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any method through WhatsApp or wi fi to get in touch with them?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on the circumstances as to why replacement SIMs were ordered, it's normal for the existing ones to be cancelled first - to enable pre-activation and thus "ready-to-use" of the new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
