I haven’t received my order from more than a week

I’ve ordered a laptop and received invoice and confirmation E-mails of my order, however I still haven’t received my laptop and that is since 15/09/2025

I’m not able to track the order, I’ve also communicated with ee customer service twice but they said they can’t find any details related to my order

I have paid through paypal credit and they have told me that the seller confirmed my order but I can submit a dispute as a last resort

Please advise

You can check the status of your order at Checking your order status | EE

Once your order’s been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information, as well as details of the chosen courier who’ll be delivering it to your chosen address.
You can track your order on our EE Order tracking page.

You can also see if your order’s been shipped by logging into your EE Store online account and selecting the ‘Orders and Returns’ tab. If your order’s been shipped, then the tracking information will show in the ‘Orders and Returns’ tab.

If you want to check all your EE online store orders, just go to Your Online Orders | EE

Finally, if you still have any queries about your product and shipping, please contact the Online store Customer Service team
