      <title>TV Arrived Broken from EE Store - No help provided</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm looking for advice/assitance on what to do here. I ordered a TV from the EE Store almost two weeks ago, Parcel Force kept on marking it as 'undelivered' until I went to the depot and collected the parcel. Upon collecting, I set up the TV and plugged it in. After plugging it in it was clear the screen was smashed and broken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted the email for the EE Store support, twice, and not heard back. I have seen there is a refund form but I do not see a white sticker starting with 00000 anywhere on the device or box so I was not sure how to proceed with filling the form in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope someone here can please help, it has been very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted them via the 'Contact Us' email from the EE Store's site. I initially contacted them on Monday at 10:27 and then contacted them again on Tuesday at 17:23.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's ridiculous that EE's customer service have no way of internally contacting the EE Store customer service. I am very disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
