How long do you wait on confirmation of order mines been over a week now with no further communication?

it will eventually come through for delivery, mine just came through tonight, there is a backlog for the pro max model but i believe other models are avaiable

It looks like the wait time is around 28 days from the date that you ordered your device.

Keep an eye out for updates on your order nearer to the delivery time.

The order will currently be at an 'Open Sales' state which we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
As @Chris_S mentioned the expected shipping for your make/model is around 28 days from the date your order was placed.

If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.
