I ordered a iPhone 16 through a contract with EE and haven’t received any kinds of updates and when I go to track my order it’s saying that it can not be found. Before I ordered it said that it should be dispatched within 24hrs and that I should get a text message but I have recieved nothing yet.

It's great news that you've upgraded your phone to the iPhone 16.

How long has it been since you ordered your new phone?

Exactly the same with me new iPhone 17 pro ordered no updates to track either I think they’ve lost the plot at EE

It was ultramarine and 128gb and it has been around 3-4 days
