That model is showing that there was an expected dispatch time of up to 21 days from when your order was placed. Once the stock is available, it'll be sent out to you by DPD and you'll get a notification from them to let you know when it will arrive.

Did you get a confirmation email when placing the order?

Yes I got confirmation mail with order number and view update option as well

Any idea if the iPhone 17 pro max cosmic orange 1TB is available? I order mine on the 15th around 1:30 and still nothing in the tracking?
