Hey everyone I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 pro Max one terabyte in cosmic orange and even though I’ve had an email confirming my order and a text saying that it will be dispatched. I have heard nothing else from them. I’m just wondering is anyone else still waiting or should I give them a nudge?

And I would recommend downloading the DPD app.

I’m still waiting for mine… exactly same model - App just showing first step - I ordered it on the 15th Sept and heard absolutely nothing… I’ve been with EE for years too.. might just cancel my order and go directly to Apple?!

Same issue for me, the email confirmation stated delivery on launch day. But the small print says anything up to 30 days !

I chatted with EE over the weekend and they advised to just keep an eye on my emails.
