Hi i placed an order tonight for the new iPhone 17 pro max, i got a order number does this mean ive been accepted? It wont let me track my order

Welcome to the EE Community

Once you have a confirmation e-mail of your online order, it will be sent to our system for processing, so it is not 100% definite at this stage that the order will be accepted. However if there are any issues you will be sent an e-mail with details on how to contact us about your order.

If you give it 24 hours and are still unable to see tracking, please call our team and they will be able to check the status of your order to see its current status.
