Orders placed via the EE store website are handled by a specific team which is why our customer services team were unable to help. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I apologise for any frustration, any orders you may place via ee.co.uk or queries regarding mobile or broadband can all be handled by our team on 150.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I appreciate you taking the time to report that e-mail and call you have received. We would never reach out via a private e-mail like that as you suspected, I have reported this to our security team to make them aware and I would also recommend forwarding the e-mail on to &lt;A href="mailto:phishing@ee.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;phishing@ee.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe the cause of the e-mail in this case may be due to the similarity between your EE username and your e-mail address, I have edited out your e-mail address from public view from the e-mail you copied earlier also. &amp;nbsp;Similarly with the call you have received, you can report that via the link on &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/security/staying-safe-online/avoid-and-prevent-scams#article-heading-3" target="_blank"&gt;our help page&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can understand your worry regarding your data but we do take data protection seriously and you can read our full privacy policy &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/eeprivacycentre/ee-privacy-policy" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; which includes contact information if you do believe your information may have been handled incorrectly and would like it to be investigated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ordered a TV on Sunday and Still no delivery after 4 days</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a TV on the EE Store and it saif delivered in 2-3 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got an email on Monday which said it is dispached with no tracking number provided, today is Wednesday nothing delivered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a bit of a struggle i managed to get the tracking number from the url link in track order, When i goto Parcelforce and enter the tracking number nothing comes up but on royalmail website it does have just one entry that says&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Monday 15 September &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sender has despatched item&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thats all no further details provided.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I called ee cs and they said I need to email &lt;A href="mailto:store@ee.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;store@ee.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;which I have done but no reply yet,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am expected to go on holiday on friday so if it is not delivered by tommorow than i need to cancel the order and request a refund. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am surprised to see how unfriendly the ordering and tracking system is for ee and there is no telephone support for store orders. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was thinking of moving my bradband to EE but now I have changed my mind. I would reather have a slow broadband with customer support instead.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;just got a call from 01932 911144 aswell pretending to be EE i told them I will be reporting you and they dropped the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone reading this please be very careful giving your details to EE as your data is not protected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
