      <title>Confusing Mobile Upgrade Situation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i placed an order today to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a confirmation email fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but the screen after placing the order said EE need to talk to me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but when i rung 150 they could not seem to advise what is going on and did not know why i needed to ring&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has my order worked?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same message show up and when I check my orders it doesn’t show anything. Did you manage to speak with them to find out what’s going on? I paid some money upfront aswell and it’s come out of my account and I have email confirmation of the order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
