Ordered on the ee app on the second of this month, was told 2-3 working days and its still not here yet. Tracking says dispatched but no estimated date anymore, what do I do?

Have you downloaded the DPD app.

Alternatively speak to EE CS on 150.

I've just downloaded the dpd app, I haven't got a tracking number from them to even use that. And 150 customer service sent me to an interactive menu thing that doesn't have my problem listed in any of the options available.

Hi @ConnorDennis

Welcome to the community.

When you download the DPD app you can input your personal details, you don't need a tracking number to view any pending deliveries.

When you call 150, press option 2 and that should get you through to someone.

It will depend here on whether you selected delivery to your home, or in-store collection.

If you don't have a tracking number, I would recommend giving our team a call, then ask for web sales, and they'll be able to get this checked for you 😊
