&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The SIM card would be sent by standard post, without any tracking. It would normally arrive within a couple of days but may take up to 5 working days to get through the post.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've not received it by the weekend, I'd recommend either speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, if you are the account holder and have an &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt; nearby, you can go in with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they can activate a SIM for you.&lt;/P&gt;
