Hi,

I ordered Xbox Series X Console 24 month bundle with £70 EE GameCard and more, 3 September 2025 I received console but no any of vouchers so my question is how I will get this vouchers by post office or digital? .

The details to redeem your EE GameCard should be received within 2 working days via text to the number the bundle has been added to. If it is not received after 2 working days please get in touch and one of our guides can chase it for you.

If your bundle also included Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, this should be redeemable by visiting ee.co.uk/xbox and entering the mobile number the bundle has been added to and then following the steps from there to activate.
