      <title>Upgrade to contract no change to order status</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded my simonly plan to a plan including an Apple iPhone 14 128gb in midnight on Saturday 23rd August and all I have received is a “thank you for your order email”. At the time of placing the order it said it would take 48hrs to be dispatched. Also when I try to track it on the app, it brings an error message saying the tracking has timed out each time. Can anyone help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here, except DPD just tried to deliver the new phone, but I hadn’t received the PIN code so the courier couldn’t hand it over to me…&lt;/P&gt;</description>
