EE tradin returns pack

Hi,

I upgraded my phone on Friday 8th August and traded in my phone, I received a text off EE trading Saturday 9th saying that I would receive a returns pack within the next few days and was wondering if you could tell me how long that would be as I go away on Saturday 16th August and only return on Tuesday 26th August therefore I am concerned that I would miss the 2 week returns deadline which would be 24th August to which I would be?

Speak to EE CS on 150 and chase them for a return package. I would also recommend paying for registered post as well next day to ensure it is guaranteed .

@Northerner's advice is correct here in regards to contacting EE - I would just be clear with them that what you're looking for is your trade-in pack and not a returns pack, as this could cause some confusion.
