    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an iPhone 16 like new on Friday 1st August. I had an email with a tracking number on it which I tried to track the parcel but it said that I was timed out with tracking. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t received the phone nor any other emails to say it’s out for delivery. I’ve tried everyday to track the parcel but it keeps saying the same thing. What do I do? My sim is messed up on the phone I’m using now so I can’t receive any SMS only emails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4831632"&gt;@librose_04&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Sounds like your trying to track with an order number not a tracking number which you receive usually by text. &amp;nbsp; Even DPD with text you when it’s out for delivery with an estimated time slot. &amp;nbsp;You best option is to call EE customer support about this. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You can’t even use the DPD app as you receive a text to confirm the account upon setup. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
