No order tracking

I put in an order for a Samsung flip 6 refurbished and paid upfront cost signed my contract but I haven’t had any update on tracking number ect order was placed 26th July (Saturday) been checking junk folder but when I use the number gave the xko number it’s saying tracking not available and timmed out , it was purchased and money has come out of bank

Hi @LoganJon

Great choice of phone, the Samsung Flip 6 looks like an amazing phone.

An XKO reference is an order number rather than a tracking number, which is produced when your order has been created.

You'd receive a delivery reference from our couriers DPD when they have the device, which will have a date and time frame for your delivery.

If you'd like to get an update on your order, I'd recommend giving us a call.

Thanks for your reply , I still have not heard anything back as yet I don’t mind going to another provider but I need to know if I have been accepted and just wait it out I am currently using a very old phone to tide me over until I hear something back , iv read through the community that it could take a few days due to me ordering on a Saturday is this true? And is there any way to check I have definitely been accepted before looking else where? Thankyou

From what I can see at my end we do still have units available for this model, but we're getting towards the end of the run.

I'm going to pop you over a private message with a few more details on how you can get this double checked.
