Cancelling an order

Hi,

I made an order for broadband installation yesterday but need to cancel this.

I cant get through at all on the usual contact numbers, they aren't even ringing.

Please can someone let me know how i can do this - as there doesnt seem to be any other points of contact available.

I am sad to hear you are wanting to cancel your Broadband with EE, you will need to speak with one of our guides over the phone to do this.

What number have you been trying to use?

Hi Ritu,

Thank you i managed to get through on that number. Was initially calling the 0330 number. It seems EE are having some issues with their systems at the moment.
