&lt;P&gt;I'm disappointed to hear that you've not received your refund yet as expected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The best thing to do is to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;get back in touch with the team&lt;/A&gt; to find out what stage things are at. You'll be able to open a complaint with the Guide you speak with over the phone, and escalate this to a Team Leader if needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm really confident this will be resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I’ve bought a PAYG sim (also transferring the number)on EE website at the end of June, but I found I typed the wrong &amp;nbsp;address and called the CS team next day. The CS suggested that I could cancel the order, and I agreed. Till now I haven’t gotten any refund on the bank acc, and I have contacted the CS two more times, they all checked and promised the refund was on the way. I’m absolutely disappointed on that. And I don’t know how to get refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
