I placed a order for the 16pro max earlier on they took a upfront cost

Won't let me track it on the website

Don't no if I got accepted or I didn't

If I didn't will I get the money back or ?

I also received the xko number

Can someone help

We don't have the ability to access your account to check this for you here on the community. If you give our team a call, they will be able to get you an update on the status.

If your order has not been accepted and the payment is pending with your bank, this would be released back to your available balance within 7-10 days.
