Ordered Fold 7 512GB Blue Shadow as soon as it went live on the store just after 3 haha!

Mega excited - Current Fold 6 user and very much looking forward to the upgrades on the 7!

Funnily enough my tracking says dispatched but yeah same here no sign yet! When I ordered it they did seem to think these should start being sent out next week, the 18th is a date quoted. Samsung Devices are usually shipped a *little* earlier when pre ordered. Fingers crossed!

This is the first fold i have bought i currently have the s25 ultra how do u find the battery coz the 7 is the same as the 6

Battery life has been surprisingly good. A year on since launch day purchase and I occasionally have to charge/top up around 5-6pm depending on usage.

Id say 5/7 days the battery is absolutely fine. You will NOT get the same battery life as an s25 Ultra, but it's not too far off.

I've ordered a Fold7 512GB too by upgrading my contract, in navy blue.

Has anyone had anything past the initial email saying about order confirmation and order number? I haven't got a tracking number or anything yet. I'm not expecting it to be dispatched yet obviously since it's not released for another week or so. Is that when I'll get a tracking number?

From what I've managed to gather scouring both the EE community and other socials (Reddit for eg);

The concensus is that when actually handed over to DPD do you get the tracking number. Initially via the "We have your EE parcel" email/text you get the night before. The tracking number is in the text/email.

Funnily enough, I was told it was with DPD the evening of the 9th July! Needless to say when I woke on the 10th I wasn't surprised this was wrong haha!

Earliest deliveries should be 18th onwards POSSIBLY. Could be 22nd too.

I've just received an ee/dpd dispatched text and showing in my dpd app.. Might recieve it tomorrow, just watch it turn up when I'm in work 😡

Wooo! Sods law would dictate you to be out when it arrives so hopefully that doesn't happen and you get it!

I rang to check and they said mine is in picked status and I'll definitely be receiving it tomorrow!

Update; My Fold7 is now with DPD and have received my text from EE/DPD, and is also now active in the DPD app.

Case and screen protector ordered from the large 'A to Z' retailer with the white, and orange tick.. coming tomorrow bedore 1pm. House is gonna be a sorting office for a few hours haha!

Can't see any other retailer sending early. 02 seems 22nd, as does 3uk and even Samsung from what I saw earlier today

Hm I've had no updates yet...wondering at what point I should call and ask? I understand not everyone's is going to be done exactly at the same time but I need to make sure I'm in tomorrow for the delivery so knowing it's even being processed/shipped would be helpful lol (since all I have atm is an order confirmation email).

Edit for extra info: I ordered on the 9th July.

I called and asked the same thing! I literally said word for word " im seeing lots getting their tracking and texts etc wheres mine?"

Response was that the texts are random in the way they're sent and that it could be tonight or even overnight/early hours. low ans behold 20mins ago my watch buzzed mid cleaning and it was the EE/DPD "we've got it" + PIN.

Id say maybe wait until 7ish? At the very least they SHOULD be able to tell you where it's up too. I mean, they told me it was in 'picked' status this morning so id imagine they can see where its up too.

From what ive gathered;

Samsung have given some level of priority with networks/carriers this year. Id be willing to bet Samsung is banking on this being a hit, and maybe wanted wider availability for networks as they do a lot of heavy lifting promotion wise etc.

Im just chatting off top of my head a bit here though! Haha

But yeah, whay you're saying is correct- EE have it a week earlier this year!

Orderd with 5 minutes of item gong live on website day of Samsung unpacked..... no email etc for delivery today 18th so guess that's not happening

Same here. I meant to ring them yesterday but I didn't get time. I will later today though if I still hear nothing on the delivery front. It might be that orders are getting processed randomly or by stock type (colour/storage size). I'm not getting impatient yet - I was expecting the 22nd initially anyway. If it arrived today that would be a bonus.

I Have been sent the "We've got it" message and delivery Pin but no delivery timeslot as yet... DpD tracking says its at my local depot.

Can I assume that if they've sent the PiN it's due today?

Also had the EE texts regarding plan changes and the "old device not under extended warranty" text... gotta be coming right?

Id have thought if you were to receive it today, it would be at your local delivery depot now, prior to going out for delivery.

You should definitely have it tomorrow - it could still arrive today but unlikely
