    <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife has placed an order and was asked to give her phone number as she doesn’t have a phone number she used mine. I received a cancellation text with no explanation. We can’t resolve this as every number will call connects to my account with ee and no option anywhere to speak to someone about it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get in touch with our sales team, please try calling 0800 956 6000 from any phone and once connected to a guide they can take a look at the order your wife placed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you call from an EE number, they will locate the correct account and check why this was cancelled and see what is needed to get this sorted.&lt;/P&gt;
