I finally managed to get through it on the app, made the order only to find out that it was cancelled without warning.<BR /><BR />My current phone's battery is unchargeable and running down into the 10%. I want to transfer that number over to my new account and have supplied an alternative number as well.</P><P>I really just want a new phone and contract, so unsure why it's been cancelled.
