How do I get a delivery pass code when I have no working phone?

Dropped and smashed my phone, now it doesn't work,I can't turn it on. Tried resetting, still doesn't work. Ordered a replacement phone with EE. Phone delivered today. Driver requires a four digit pass number, seg to my phone. How the blazes do I get the pass number with no phone?

Thanks for coming to the community.

There are a few options for getting the delivery PIN.

If you have a physical SIM, you can pop that into another phone and that will let you receive the text when it is out for delivery.

Alternatively, you can download the DPD app on any device and that will send you notifications and display the PIN for you.

If neither of those are options, you can give our customer services guides a call from any phone and they can update the contact number if you have a different one available.
