Order states dispatched on tracking but no dispatch date (says dispatched on and then is blank) or contact from EE/DPD. Any delays with this model etc?

Have you downloaded the DPD app.

It might be worth speaking to EE CS on 150 to check.

I have no tracking or parcel info to give to dpd on the app.
