Welcome to the community.

It is great to hear you have ordered a new phone.

If a phone is in stock, most orders are dispatched within 1 day, but would only be delivered by DPD Monday to Friday.

What phone, including colour and storage size, did you go for? I can have a look at the stock.

That one is showing in stock, so should be dispatched over the weekend.

Once it has been and it is with DPD, you'll get a text or email from them, or a notification in the DPD app if you have that, with the tracking details and when it will be delivered.

I wouldn't worry just yet.

If the phone is due for delivery today, you often wouldn't get the tracking details until later in the morning.

If you wanted to check for certain, you can give our customer service guides a call, and they can bring up the order and see if there is an update for you.

It is easier to just reply to your previous post when it is about the same thing, rather than created a new thread each time. I've merged the posts together to make it easier.

I'm not sure if you'd seen my reply from earlier, but if you've not heard anything from DPD yet, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the order.
