&lt;P&gt;There is a chance that the bill had already been created before the order was cancelled. If that was the case, it would be reflected on the next bill.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't have access to your account to check for sure, but if you give our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides a call&lt;/A&gt; they can bring up the bill and check exactly what is happening.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an upgrade but then cancelled it due to wrong address for delivery. I called and got the order cancelled and was told I wouldn't be charged. I have now got my bill with £50 brought forward for the new phone that I never received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
